Monkfish liver with black truffle

Monkfish liver with black truffle

Product unavailable

Its delicate shellfish taste and its firm texture are very enjoyable when served on canapés!

It should be eaten fresh and can be prepared in many different ways:

  • simply and traditionally (wholewheat bread, lemon, flower of salt, etc.)
  • inventive: brioche-like bread served with pickle or chutney
  • seriously modern: on gingerbread and accompanied by dried meat, black chocolate, vegetable crisps, etc.)

Selected with the greatest care, all our livers come from Brittany and are a product of sustainable fishing practices which aim to preserve fish species.

Prepared, cooked and conserved using artisanal techniques, they are completely natural and free of additives, coloring agents or preservatives!

Composition : Monkfish liver (95%), black truffle (5%), salt, pepper

Producer : Truffières de Rabasse
