With its delicate flavour of the sea, and its fabulous texture, this monkfish liver is perfect served simply on round of toasted bread. It is best served cold, but is extremely adaptable. Why not try it served...:

• Simply with wholemeal bread, lemon, a little salt
• Inventively with brioche and pickles
• fashionably, with gingerbread, dried meat, dark chocolate or vegetable crisps.

Selected with the greates care, the monkfish are fished off the coast of Brittany, and are prepared traditionally. They are without any additive, colouring or preservative.
