Half-husked rice (also called brown rice) is so called because its bran husk has been lightly rubbed off. This rice is organically grown in Camargue. Its qualities come from the exceptionnal landscape and climate of this region, and it is gathered only when fully mature and properly dried by the sun and the Mistral wind.

Cooking tips : half-husked rice still has part of his bran envelope. It is thus richer in fibre than white rice. Easy to cook (15 minutes in boiling water), it is a good balance between gastronomy and nutrition.
