Coming from the land of Poitou-Charentes, these pure butter biscuits are made with salt from the Ile de Ré, following a family recipe of the Goulibeurre Enterprise. A few fragments of cocoa beans add a subtle taste of chocolate. The simplicity of ingredients and the traditional manufacture are the best assets of these gourmet biscuits.
