A heart of softness under a cracking hull.

Coufidou prepares small quite exquisite delicacies. The plum of Ente, from which the prune results, is carefully dried until its water content does not exceed 35 %, then stoned, finally it is plunged in a chocolate bath. Under its cracking crust, the prune of Agen expresses all its savours, mixing perfectly with the flavour of chocolate.
