A clever way to treat yourself AND be healthy!

The Prune of Agen has recently been granted a geographic protected indication (IGP) which requires origin and production criteria. The Agen prune can be only be produced using Ente plums in perfect condition. The pretty purplish coloured plum is dried and rehydrated (Maximum 35% humidity). This process condenses the flavours. Coufidou produces its Prune of Agen with no colourings, no preservatives for a natural high-fibre fruit rich in magnesium.
