Les Vergers de Gascogne were created in 1946 to supply the largest Parisian grocers right after the war. A variety of local peaches, the "Carman", was the first of the range. This uninteresting fruit as it is, proved to be exceptional out of syrup. This lucky find was the starting point of the company.

With the same care as at their beginnings, Les Vergers de Gascogne work the fruits with syrup but develop also their creativities with succulent desserts. This small Génoise with lemon is surprising by its marrowy and melting consistency. The lemon acidity is delicately controlled to reveal the finest flavours.

Composition : Génoise : (wheat flour, eggs, glycerol, sorbitol, aroma, disphosphate disodique, carbonate acid, shortening, non fat dry milk, salt, sodium, E471, E475, peanut). Lemon cream : (sugar, cornstarch, milk lactose and proteins, lemon juice, shortening, citric acid, carraghénanes, xanthane gum, E 102, E124).
