One of the chocolate's best friends.

Origin : Maury is a soft natural wine. Its AOC zone is around Maury, a French village near the spanish border, covering 1700 hectares. This wine is noticeable because of the special soil it comes from, a rich black ground and its grapevine growth with a sunny climate, 280 days of sunshine a year. Fully mature, its grapes are rich with sugar. What happens next is the secret of the winemakers... Let us just explain that the art of winemaking consists in fermentation and the finely tuned stopping of it to keep the wine its sugary sweetness. This Maury has been grown from low yield wineyards. Its selection and bottling is done by La Coume du Roy, trader and winemaker in Maury.

Description : scents of candied fruits, torrefaction and cocoa.

Cépages : it is composed by black, white and gray Grenache.

Origine : AOC Maury. Selected and bottled by La coume du Roy, in Maury, the Pyrenées Orientales (South of France).

Tasting : he will be perfect in accompaniment of a chocolate dessert.

Composition : Natural soft red wine - 17%.
