Tasting : slightly gilded when it is young, it becomes more pale with the age. It is a fresh and long-lived wine with some flavours of lemon, apple and dry fruits.

Wine making : The harvest is manual, the fermentation lasts approximately 10 to 15 days. They only bottle their wine the spring following the harvest.

Ageing : 2 to 5 years.
