A traditional Italian risotto with delicious woody aromas

With its delicate, woody flavour of cep mushrooms, this Italian-style risotto is just as easy to prepare as it is delicious.

Serving suggestion:

Gently fry the rice in a saucepan with 5 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil, then add half a glass of white wine. Add 1l of stock little by little, and cook on a low heat until the rice is al dente, before stirring in a little salt and butter to taste.

Composition :
Carnaroli rice, cep mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 6%, chives, parsley, garlic.

Une très bonne découverte qui était dans la box du mois d'octobre. Nous nous sommes régalés ! Le cèpe est bien présent en bouche, le riz est fondant et les aromates le subliment. Recommandé ;)
