Apricots in an Amaretto sirup
Dried apricots full of sun in a light Amaretto liquor. This Italian liquor is made with apricot kernel almond and the association is a real success.
Did you know it? : in 1525 the Italian painter Bernardino Luini's model created this liquor for her lover Bernardino. If love inspired the model, the Amaretto liquor inspires nowadays the cocktails lovers.
Tasting : serve chilled, with vanilla ice-cream or dip the fruits in the Caramel chocolate fondue from Mazet.
Composition : Apricots, water, sugar, Amaretto (9,6% at 60% alcohol)
