These small pears of the "Saint Jean" variety are very juicy and full of flavours. The white brandy enhances the aromas without dominating them in a light sirup.

Did you know it? : the Saint John pears are an old variety not easy to find as they are small and do not keep very long but they are very juicy and aromatic with a slight musk touch.

Tasting : serve chilled, with vanilla ice-cream or dip the fruits in the Cinnamon black chocolate fondue from Mazet.
