A Savigny wine

Savigny is a traditional wine-making village in the heart of Burgundy, only a stone's throw away from the Nord de Beaune. This wine is produced there using grapes cultivated on argilo-calcareous soil.

This is a 100% Pinot Noir wine, produced according to the traditional wine-making methods of the Burgundy region.

Colour: a deep pomegranate red

Aroma: notes of red berries, blackcurrant, and blueberry

Flavour: well-structured and robust with a peppery finish.

Ideal with grilled meat or a selection of cheeses. To enjoy at its best, serve at 17°C. Keeps for 3 - 5 years or more.

Composition :
13% vol. Contains sulfites.
