The Bagna Cauda : this italian dish, also a tradition in Nice, is very easy to realise. Cut all sorts of raw vegetables in pieces to be dipped in the sauce. Warm up slowly the anchoïade and keep it warm. Serve with the vegetables and toasted bread.
