A white wine from Alsace with a lot of character, obtained by pellicular maceration, low temperature fermentation and barrel aging. André Ostertag makes a revolution in Alsace. His Pinot gris is soft and round, very aromatic and with a long after-taste.

Tasting tips : at 10-12°, as a drink or with terrines and fishes.

Aging : kan be kept 3 years.
