Essential for preparing sushi

Noritake is a red seaweed that becomes black when dried out, and green when cooked. It is an essential ingredient in preparing sushi.

How to make a "Temaki sushi" : take half a noritake sushi sheet, place two spoonful of sushi rice and tane (takuan slices, cucumber, or omelette) into a cone shape.
