A fresh truffle direct from the Aveyron. Only available for a few weeks.

The famous, much sought-after black truffle or tuber melanosporum, directly from the Aveyron, is fresh, with intense and subtle perfumes. Add spectacular flavour to terrines and pâtés, slice onto a salad or add to scrambled eggs. Choose a wine with a well-pronounced bouquet as a Puligny Montrachet 2001, a Corton Grand Cru Clos de La Vigne au Saint 1999 du Domaine Belland.
