A sumptuous combination of foie gras and smoked beef tongue

This unique speciality, made of smoked beef tongue and foie gras, has a special place in French gastronomic heritage.

Preparation tips:

Put the foie gras in the fridge 24 hours before serving. Slice the Lucullus with a thin-bladed knife and serve on toasted bread as an aperitif.

Composition :
Ox tongue, duck Foie Gras, duck liver, duck fat, egg, Cognac, water, pepper, milk proteins, glucose syrup, flavours, preservatives: sodium nitrite, ascorbic acid. Produced in an environment that handles mustard and fish.
