Presentation : This duck recipe is made according to traditional methods, without any preservatives or colourings, in the small town of Prayssac, located along the Lot river in the heart of Cahors vineyard. The ducks come from the Lot, the Gers and the Landes, three areas reputed for their duck farming. A delicate spicy and sweet recipe for an entrée or canapés

Serving : serve cool with a fruity white wine such as the Pinot blanc "Barriques" 2004 du Domaine d'Ostertag.

Storage : Consume within 48h after opening.
