A delicious duck fricassée with morel mushrooms and tarragon

The duck meat in this classic fricassée is complimented perfectly by the fragrant tarragon and creamy mushrooms.

How to prepare:

Put the contents into a heatproof bowl and heat gently for 5 minutes in a bain-marie.

Composition :
Duck leg confit 41% (duck leg, salt, pepper, preservative E250), sauce 38% (water, 16% cream, onion, shallot, duck fat, modified corn starch, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour), flavourings, pulp garlic (garlic, salt), tarragon 0.6%, spice), potatoes, morels 3% carrot. Contains: gluten, lactose, soy.
