The black gold of the sea in a delicious terrine
This original and unique terrine is made in the Aquitaine region of south eastern France. It provides a clever association between the delicate Sturgeon meat and precious caviar. The caviar eggs come from the Acipenser Baerii species of sturgeon bred at "Saint Seurin sur l'Isle" in the Gironde (Aquitaine).
Serving suggestion : savour this terrine on toast or in salad. It is best savoured using a mother-of-pearl, horn or plastic spoon, since stainless steel will affect the taste of the caviar.
Storage : keep in a cool place and serve quickly after removing the caviar from the refrigerator, in order to appreciate both quality and care brought to this product (this terrine is without any colourings or conservatives).
Composition : Acipenser baerii sturgeon meat 62.5%, cream, A.baerii sturgeon caviar 3 %, bread-crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper
