This original and unique terrine is an authentic product from the Aquitaine soil (south east of France). A clever association between the delicate Sturgeon meat and the prestigious caviar. The caviar eggs come from the Acipenser Baerii species, a siberian sturgeon breeded at "Saint Seurin sur l'Isle" in Gironde (Aquitaine).

Tasting : savour this terrine on bread toasts or in salad. You can savour it with a nacreous, a horn or a plastic spoon because inox deteriorate the caviar' taste.

Preservation : keep in a cool place and serve quickly after you took it off the refrigerator, this way you will appreciate both quality and care brought to this product (this terrine is without any colourings or conservatives).
