Presentation : this figs whole duck foie gras recipe is elaborated by a traditional and non industrial way (any conservatives or colourings) in the small town of Prayssac, located along the Lot river and in the heart of Cahors vineyard. The ducks come from the Lot, the Gers and the Landes, three areas well-known in France for their ducks farming, which is the guarantee of a delicious foie gras. A delicate bitter sweet recipe for a pleasure which is more and more used by the best "chefs".

Tasting : to keep the whole Quercy's tradition, serve cool with a new Cahors wine (tasting at 14°C) which is delicious to go with foie gras. Otherwise in a more classical way serve with a liqueur-like white wine as Sauterne which is ideal with both foie gras and fruits as figs.

Preservation : to keep the properties of the product, we advice to consume it within 48h time.
