Presentation : This whole duck foie gras with figs is produced by traditional methods, and without any use of preservatives or colourings. The foie gras is made in the small town of Prayssac, on the banks of the Lot river and in the heart of Cahors vineyard. The ducks come from the Lot, the Gers and the Landes, three areas well-known in France for their duck farming, guaranteeing a delicious foie gras. This is a top-of-the-range foie gras, with a delicate bitter sweet flavour, which is increasingly sought after by the best chefs.

Tasting : In keeping with tradition, serve cool with a new Cahors wine (serve at 14°C). Alternatively, serve with a sweet white wine such as a Sauternes which is ideal with both foie gras and fruits as figs.

Preservation : To enjoy the foie gras at its best, we advise that you consume within 48 hours of opening.
