A unique experience. This Baeri caviar has pretty large grains (2.5 mm) with a grey to golden brown thin skin. Its length in mouth and its hazelnut notes will remind you of the Sevruga caviar.

Origins : this caviar comes from Siberian Acipenser Baeri sturgeons that are grown in France, in Gironde, since 1995. At the age of 7-8 years old, sturgeon females weight about 10 kg. Caviar is taken at first maturity, it is delicately salted in order to fully express its hazelnut flavors and to reach a nice length in mouth. It is then refined during months at -3°C.

Sending, preserving and tasting : this caviar is sent separately by Chronopost in a cooled box. Keep it in your fridge (0-4°C) when you receive it. Take it out of the fridge just before serving. We recommend you to taste it with a mother-of-pearl, corn, gold or plastic spoon since any metal spoon would definitely alter its taste. It nicely matches eggs, boiled potatoes and will give a very special touch to your other recipes.
