With a slight touch of vanilla, this delicious pear jam can be tasted at any time of the day.

There are a wide variety of pear species (williams pears, conference pears, passe crassane pears, comise pears). They all have a white flesh that melts in the mouth. Pears are rich in phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. They were traditionnaly considered as a good medecine against rheumatism and high blood pressure.

Tips : you can have pear jam on a toast for your breakfasts or snacks. It can also be eaten with white meats such as duck meat.

Composition : 800g of sugar for every kilogram of fruits.
