One of the finest crabs.
Presentation : the brown crab is the king of the crabs. Big size, fine flesh, it is a gift for gourmets. This brown crab soup is made by Raymond Polito only with natural ingredients.
Tasting : dilute this brown crab soup with a half water volume, warm at low heat, and then serve with garlic-flavored croutons and a French rouille sauce. You can also add some grated cheese (Beaufort or Comté).
Composition : Eau, Tomates, Tourteau 20%, Vin blanc, Huile d'olive vierge extra, Lait, Légumes, Farine de graine de Caroube, Ail, Sel, Poivre, Epices et Carraghénanne (extrait d'algues marines).
