Tasting : dilute this brown crab soup with a half water volume, warm at low heat, and then serve with garlic-flavored croutons and a French rouille sauce. You can also add some grated cheese (Beaufort or Comté).

Composition : brown crab, water, tomatoes, vegetables, olives oil, white wine, garlic, salt, pepper, aromatics and saffron.
