Presentation : the Lucques olives originally come from the Languedoc Roussillon (South of France). In France, the Lucques olives are mainly found in Roussillon and Hérault. This olive has a small crescent-shaped stone, clear crunchy flesh, with an incredibly soft flavour with tastes of fresh almonds and avocados.

Tasting : serve lucques olive with drinks or use it to flavor a fish or a vegetable recipe.
