Rouille Sauce from Sète
A simply perfect rouille sauce
This rouille was an absolute hit at the Real Food Festival 2009 in London. We literally ran out of samples, and had people coming back for more!
Serving: Serve with toasted bread as an aperitif, or stir into fish soups.
Rapeseed oil, Fresh eggs, Garlic, Salt, Curcuma, Vinegar, E330, Paprika, Chillies, Carotene and Safran.
