Tuna cooked with tomatoes and vegetables
Georges Azaïs founded the famous Sete fish auction market in 1955, and when Georges is a member of your family, there are some recipes you have to get right! Tuna "à la provençale" is one of such recipe. It is a simple but tasty recipe where tuna is cooked with onions, tomatoes and vegetables.
Serving suggestion: warm slowly and serve with rice and a rouille sauce.
Composition : Thon, Sauce (eau, tomates, huile d'olive vierge extra, vin blanc, farine de graine de caroube, légumes (dont carottes et pommes de terre), olives vertes, poivrons, ail, sel, poivre et aromates (dont herbes de provence), carraghénanne (extraits d'algues marines))..
