Mirabelle plums could just as well be called 'nature's sweets' - they are, not to put too fine a point on things, divinely delicious. Tiny little balls of sweet, melting fruit, easy to eat by the handful, and plentiful in the markets of France during late summer. If you can't manage a trip to a French market, you can at least treat yourself to this fabulous jam.

Composition : 800g of sugar for every kilogram of fruits.
