This meat-filled ravioli, in a herby tomato sauce with bay leaves and thyme, is packed with all the Mediterranean flavour of the Provençal summer sun.
Sauce: water, tomato paste, carrots, tournesol oil, onions, unrefined cane sugar, salt, garlic, spices, shallots, herbs. Dough: Durum wheat semolina (gluten), water, eggs. Filling: mortadelle (meat and pork fat, beef meat, salt, wheat protein, natural flavours), fibre wheat bread crumbs, prepared beef (beef, water, potatoes starch, salt), salt, natural flavours, pepper, thyme, laurel.
