Origins : Aveyron, Lozere, Tarn. You need 8 to 12kg of fresh ceps to get 1kg of dried cepms.

Tasting tip : put the dried ceps in mild water for 30 minutes. To prepare an omelette, fry them and then add the eggs. You can also add them to your meats during their cooking to flavor the sauce.
