Fig jam
Fig is a violet fruit with a soft flesh that can be eaten fresh, dry or in jams.
Tips : fig jam can be tasted spread on toasts or on slices of bread, but it is even better to have it with meats such as rabbit, duck or guinea fowl.
Gourmets will have it with duck foie gras... the best of the best !
