Quince is a yellow fruit that matures in automn. Its flesh is firm and rough but is very flavoured. This fruit is also low in calories and rich in fibres. It is mainly used to prepare quince jellies that have a nice orange color. It can also flavoured you fruit compotes.

Tips : You can taste this original jam spread on toasts or on slices of bread. You also add it to your fruit compotes to flavoured them.

Composition : 800g of sugar for every kilogram of fruits.
