Presentation : the grape is collected by manual harvest and successive sort, to choose only the grapes reached of this famous and miraculous "pourriture noble". Of a fabulous color gold which darkens with time, Monbazillac, particularly elegant, is dominated by flavours of candied fruits (apricot, orange), of almonds and honey.

Matching: with foie gras and cheese.

The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health. Drink moderately.

Composition : Smooth white - 13.5% vol. - Sémillon (60%), sauvignon (20%), muscadelle (60%) vines.
