Did you know it ? Incas used to drink a cocoa based drink. It was a surprising recipe with a miw of cocoa, peppers and spices and even some corn to thicken it. That gives a spiced and nutritious drink. We are proud to invite you now to taste this original recipe.

Taste as a drink : added to milk, this inca cocoa gives a spiced and flavored drink that is perfect at tea-time.

Recipe of a chocolate fondue : mix the cocoa powder with some water and crème fraîche to get an homogeneous and unctuous mix. Warm it up slowly and dip fruits and cakes in it for a nice dessert.

A sweet and salted recipe : mix the cocoa powder with some water to get an unctuous paste, add it to a pork or chicken sauce at the end of the cooking to get a nicely flavored recipe.
