Tandoori is a spice miw coming from North India. It is made with coriander, mustard seeds, fenugrec, cumin, ginger, cloves, black pepper and a few other spices and peppers in verious quantities. Its color and its flavor are very specific. The Tandoori cuisine is more than a recipe, it is a whole culinary tradition and art of cooking in India.

Tasting : one of the most famous Tandoori recipe is the Tandoori chicken. The secret of this recipe (and of all Tandoori recipes) is the two steps cooking process. The first step consists in a long marinade in a mix made of joghourt and Tandoori spices. Only then, the meat can be grilled. It will then take this nice red orange color.
