Massale is a spice mix made with coriander, cumin, fenugrec, mustard seeds, cloves, Indian saffron... Massale is very famous in Reunion Island. There are many massale recipes. One of the most famous is the cabri massale (goat massale).
Tasting : massale can be used to make different exotic sauces and recipes. A very simple recipe is to simmer a meat with tomatoes, onions, vegetables and a few pinches of massale spice.
