A sumptuous duck délice made with 20% foie gras and sweet Jurançon wine from the South-West of France

A 100% South West product which will bring together the lovers of the south-west of France's flavours. This terrine is made with Jurançon, a vineyard located in the Béarn.

Serving suggestion : Serve cold on a slice of country-bread, accompanied of a glass of Jurançon.

Composition :
Duck foie gras 20%, pork fat, water, egg, duck liver, chicken liver, sweet white Jurançon wine 5%, potato starch, natural flavouring, salt, sugar, spices, preservative: sodium nitrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate.
