Born of the wind, sun and ocean, the Fleur de sel from Guérande is composed of white crystals which have been shaped on the surface of the salt-pans. Gathered according to an ancestral method and drained in the sun, the Fleur de sel is full of magnesium, which provides it with an outstanding flavour.
