This natural salmon has been prepared and hand-packed freshed and never frozen. Prepared with breeding salmon from the Atlantic selected by La Quiberonnaise, a skilled cannery over more than one century.

Recipe idea : cold, after opening, drain and serve with oil and vinegrar dressing, ravigote sauce, mayonnaise, and hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes. Can also be prepared hot. Boil the box in hot water, open it, drain it and then, adorn it with a mousseline or hollandaise sauce, or even with butter. Serve with rice.
