Presentation : the favorite of the chief Georges Blanc in Vonas. Issued from the vineyard of the chief, this white wine goes well with numerous classical greedy meals (terrine of chicken livers, ...) to the most unexpected (snails meal with cream, a terrine of wild thyme rabbit, ...).

Description : both dry and sweety, it develops delicate apple flavourings with a lightly muscat wine taste.

Tasting tip : the Macon villages is a wine which is to drink new and to a temperature of 11°C. It goes well with a Burgundy black-currant liqueur to create a "kir".
