A true chef's recipe.

Description : the wild thyme brings some acidity to enhance the taste of rabbit meat.

Tasting : serve cool as an entrée accompanied by some slices of farmhouse bread and a white wine such as Macon villages 2002 or a red wine like a Brouilly 2002.

Composition :
pork meat, rabbit meat (25%), poultry livers, fresh eggs, milk, white wine, salt, Burgundy marc, scallions, wild thyme (0,4%), natural spices, lactose, white pepper, spices natural extracts, laurel and thyme natural flavors.
