A sort of paté, made with chicken and white wine from the Jura
This recipe originates in the Ain region of France. Made using shredded chicken meat and the golden white wine of the Jura, which perfectly complements all sorts of poultry dishes.
Serving suggestion: serve with a good farmhouse bread and a glass of Jura white
