Origin : Rillettes of poultry made with golden wine is a local recipe from l'Ain, the country of Georges Blanc. The skin of the poultry is finely shredded to produce a delicious texture.

The golden wine comes from the Jura and is subject to strict origin control. The grapes are picked by hand, after which the wine is aged for 7 years before bottling. Perfectly suited to poultry dishes, the addition of the golden wine makes this terrine sublime.

Serving : serve with a good farmhouse bread and a glass of golden wine.
