Origin : this honey from the Dombes is produced in Chatillon sur Chalaronne in l'Ain, the country of Georges Blanc. The plateau of Les Dombes in the North of Lyon is a region of 1000 pools with a rich biodiversity which then leads to one of the best honey.

The chief tip : cut some slices of good farmhouse bread and put some goat slices on them, then pour a long thread of this honey and finally brown it in the oven. Do yourself well and have a great time! Conserve it to the ambient temperature to conserve it.
